Delivery Schedule Information

Below is the schedule for iCare deliveries. Aramark will make every attempt to deliver your gift on the next scheduled delivery day. Please review regularly as schedules are subject to change based on holidays and facility requirements. It is recommended that you have all orders submitted at least 48 hours prior to the delivery schedule to ensure your loved one receives their gift at the first opportunity.

In certain cases, inmates may not be eligible to participate in iCare. Once you select your loved one's name a message will alert you if they are ineligible to receive iCare. Due to privacy policies, we cannot provide the details regarding your loved one's restriction. During the time an inmate is restricted you will not be able to complete the purchase. 

It is facility policy that when a fraudulent order is associated with an inmate that the recipient's iCare privileges are revoked. 

iCare Delivery Days:

Tuesday: Dorms and Womens

Wednesday: Main Jail

Thursday: K, L, M & N blocks

Friday: V, X, Y & Z blocks

Orders must be placed by 11:59pm on Monday nights for same week delivery!

Your loved one may receive no more than 2 gift packages per week.
