We will make every attempt to deliver your gift on the next scheduled delivery day. Please review regularly, as schedules are subject to change. Holidays and facility requirements may alter delivery schedules as well.
Please be mindful that the facility has up to 30 days to deliver the order from the date of purchase.
In certain cases, individuals may not be eligible to participate in iCare. Once you select your loved one's name a message will alert you if they are ineligible to receive iCare. Due to privacy policies, we cannot provide the details regarding your loved one's restriction. During the time a loved one is restricted you will not be able to complete the purchase.
Delivery Schedule Information
Units 4D and B2 cannot receive iCare.
iCare Fresh orders are final and may not be refunded for any reason.
Delivery Days for Milwaukee:
(CCF-C):
Monday and Wednesday – 3rd and 4th Floors
Tuesday and Thursday – 5th and 6th Floors
Order Cutoff:
Please have your order placed by 7am the previous day.
- Orders placed AFTER 09:00 am on Monday will be delivered the FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY.
- These orders will be delivered on WEDNESDAYS to ALL AREAS.
- Only 1 attempt to deliver will be made.
- You will be required to show your Inmate Bracelet Identification.
- If the scheduled delivery for your iCare package falls on a holiday, the package will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery day.
Refunds will only be issued for the following:
- COURT / PROFESSIONAL VISIT
- RELEASE
- FACILITY TRANSFER
Refunds will not be issued for:
- SEGREGATION / DISCIPLINE
