We will make every attempt to deliver your gift on the next scheduled delivery day. Please review regularly, as schedules are subject to change. Holidays and facility requirements may alter delivery schedules as well.
Please be mindful that the facility has up to 30 days to deliver the order from the date of purchase.
In certain cases, individuals may not be eligible to participate in iCare. Once you select your loved one's name a message will alert you if they are ineligible to receive iCare. Due to privacy policies, we cannot provide the details regarding your loved one's restriction. During the time a loved one is restricted you will not be able to complete the purchase.
Delivery Schedule Information
It is recommended that you have all orders submitted at least 48 hours prior to the delivery schedule to ensure your loved one receives their gift at the first opportunity.
It is facility policy that when a fraudulent order is associated with an inmate that the recipient's iCare privileges are revoked.
iCare package deliveries on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
iCare Hot is delivered on Sunday and Tuesday.
Juvenille hall is delivered during visiting hours on Saturday.
Boot camp is deliverd during visiting hours on Sunday.
Any items that are not consumed during visitation will be taken with loved one after visitation
iCare Fresh
With respect to freshly prepared iCare orders, one timely delivery will be attempted. If a freshly prepared order is canceled for any reason, or if a delivery is not possible for any reason, the food will be disposed of in its entirety and the order will not be refunded.
