IMPORTANT
We will make every attempt to deliver your gift on the next scheduled delivery day. Please review regularly, as schedules are subject to change. Holidays and facility requirements may alter delivery schedules as well.
Please be mindful that the facility has up to 30 days to deliver the order from the date of purchase.
In certain cases, individuals may not be eligible to participate in iCare. Once you select your loved one's name a message will alert you if they are ineligible to receive iCare. Due to privacy policies, we cannot provide the details regarding your loved one's restriction. During the time a loved one is restricted you will not be able to complete the purchase.
Delivery Schedule Information
Below is the schedule for iCare deliveries. It is recommended that you have all orders submitted at least 48 hours prior to the delivery schedule to ensure your loved one receives their gift at the first opportunity.
With respect to freshly prepared iCare orders, one timely delivery will be attempted. If a freshly-prepared order is canceled for any reason, or if a delivery is not possible for any reason, the food will be disposed of in its entirety and the order will not be refunded.
** All gift bag orders are subject to one (1) iCare order per week**
Who is Eligible to receive an iCare Order?
- All inmates with the exception of those placed on EPCSO-Directed “restriction”.
What facility restrictions apply?
- Jail Annex Cell Block 610 is a restricted/disciplinary lock down and is only allowed the Hygiene Package.
- Inmates on EPCSO- Directed “restrictions” are unable to receive iCare Packages.
- Only one (1) iCare gift bag can be delivered per inmate regardless of sender. Anything over one (1) bag will be refunded.
- Deliveries to the housing areas are made once per week. All orders that do not meet the order schedule will be refunded.
Inmate Movement/Transfer
If an inmate is moved within the facility after your order is placed, the delivery may be cancelled as it is moved to the new location.
If your loved one is being transferred to another facility after your order is placed that order will be cancelled.
Deliveries are Tuesday through Thursdays
Order Cutoff for Delivery is Saturday at 10pm
