We will make every attempt to deliver your gift on the next scheduled delivery day. Please review regularly, as schedules are subject to change. Holidays and facility requirements may alter delivery schedules as well.
Please be mindful that the facility has up to 30 days to deliver the order from the date of purchase.
In certain cases, individuals may not be eligible to participate in iCare. Once you select your loved one's name a message will alert you if they are ineligible to receive iCare. Due to privacy policies, we cannot provide the details regarding your loved one's restriction. During the time a loved one is restricted you will not be able to complete the purchase.
Order Delivery Schedule for Dutchess NY
iCare Packages
Gift packages are delivered on Tuesdays & Thursdays.
- For Tuesday delivery, order by 10AM, Tuesday.
- For Thursday delivery, order 10AM, Thursday.
Your loved one may receive no more than 2 packages per week.
iCare Fresh
Fresh gifts are delivered on Mondays.
- For Monday delivery order by 10AM, Monday.
Your loved one may receive no more than 5 fresh items per week.
iCare A La Carte
The purchase of individual commissary items is now available at Dutchess. iCare Packages & Fresh are still available, in addition to the a la carte items.
Your loved one may receive no more than 2 a la carte orders per week and each order has a max amount spend of $70.00.
There will be no deliveries on Thanksgiving or Christmas.
iCare Fresh
With respect to freshly prepared iCare orders, one timely delivery will be attempted. If a freshly prepared order is canceled for any reason, or if a delivery is not possible for any reason, the food will be disposed of in its entirety and the order will not be refunded.
