Please be mindful that the facility has up to 30 days to deliver the order from the date of purchase.
In certain cases, individuals may not be eligible to participate in iCare. Once you select your loved one's name a message will alert you if they are ineligible to receive iCare. Due to privacy policies, we cannot provide the details regarding your loved one's restriction. During the time a loved one is restricted you will not be able to complete the purchase.
Delivery Schedule Information
Below is the schedule for iCare deliveries. Aramark will make every attempt to deliver your gift on the next scheduled delivery day. Please review regularly as schedules are subject to change based on holidays and facility requirements. It is recommended that you have all orders submitted at least 48 hours prior to the delivery schedule to ensure your loved one receives their gift at the first opportunity.
In certain cases, inmates may not be eligible to participate in iCare. Once you select your loved one's name a message will alert you if they are ineligible to receive iCare. Due to privacy policies, we cannot provide the details regarding your loved one's restriction. During the time an inmate is restricted you will not be able to complete the purchase.
iCare Fresh Order Cutoff:
Place order by 11:59pm on Monday Night for Monday delivery the following week.
Place order by 11:59pm on Friday Night for Friday delivery the following week.
Your loved one may receive up to $40 in iCare Fresh meals per order. You may place 2 orders per week.
VISITATION:
Please secure your Visitation time with Ohio DRC before placing any orders. Do not place any orders until you are sure of your visit. Orders must be placed by 11:59pm at least 3 days prior to the day of a visit. While no refunds are guranteed, visitation orders can, at times, be cancelled and refunded if a request is made prior to 72 hours before originally scheduled meal delivery time by calling our call center at (888) 439-5020. Refunds will not be given if a visitation appointment is missed for any reason. Orders cannot be placed more than 3 weeks in advance.
Incarcerated individuals may not take any food with them at the conclusion of the visit. Family members will be permitted to take one container of leftovers home (dimensions 9”X9”X3”). If a meal is unsatisfactory, notice must be given during the visitation to the foodservice staff.

Visitation Times: 10AM & 2PM
iCare Fresh
With respect to freshly prepared iCare orders, one timely delivery will be attempted. If a freshly-prepared order is canceled for any reason, or if a delivery is not possible for any reason, the food will be disposed of in its entirety and the order will not be refunded.
